These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between ck678 ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service offered through the ck678 website at ck678.io.

Account Currency

Withdrawal Terms

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Eligibility

Free Bets

Sports Betting

• A bet is only considered accepted and confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player.
• ck678 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets that were made available in error.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the live feed. ck678 cannot guarantee uninterrupted live feed availability and will not be held liable for any interruptions.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, ck678's settlement rules for that specific sport or market shall apply. Cricket matches not completed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time may be settled as void.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement.

Casino & Slot Games

ck678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ck678 determines, at its sole discretion, that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• The player is engaged in or suspected of any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• The player is found to be under the minimum age of 21;
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to ck678.

Players may also voluntarily close their ck678 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method, minus any pending bonus wagering requirements. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion arrangement are subject to the terms of the Responsible Gaming policy.
